The dealer lost the paper that we had signed( have copy) had us drive 28 miles 30 days later with expired tags to resign this paper.After we had been calling for over a week to get our tags. We were told we don't get our tags we get a memorandom to take to the DMV to buy our plates after we just paid tags and title. We don't do illegal stuff. We told them we had expired tags they knew that already and was told by Fred at the beechmont location that nine times out of ten you won't get pulled over but if you do they will pay the ticket ( yeah right) ! We bought the car from Cameron at beechmont he didn't even have the courtesy to call us back and when we went to sign the paper him or Fred were no where in sight they hid even though they knew we were coming. The guy that was there told us they couldn't issue us a 30 day tag. We are talking about a 17,000 car and we put 1,500 down 32 days later we can't even drive it because of expired tags. We are about to drive it back to beechmont and leave it sit on there lot.... Very mad customer Joyce oh yes 10 days after we had it the door handle fell off took it over there and one of there workers (mechanic) smacked it back on there and said it's not broke it just snap's on there more less called me a liar even though you could plainly see it was broke. Trying to make me look like a fool. I'm not stupid. I guess he thought since I was a woman I was stupid! Also bald tires in front and back breaks not working didn't know we were going to a buy here pay here lot We thought we were going to a reputable company.
