Expedition anulada

Hello, my order HTOESCCYY was payd in full in 22.07.2021. In 26.07.2021 I got an email , my order was shipped.Today 12.08.2021 tracking my order I saw that in 04.08.2021 figured like expedition anulada. Untill today your company didn't send me an email about what the problem is, even if you have my email. I didn't got my money back. No words from you. It's not legal to take my money from my account and not deliver the product. Please inform me as soon as possible about what is happening. I will not accept to lose my money. You have to return my money as soon as possible or send my products. Regards, Anca Roman
