Exchange and poor customer service

Me and my husband received a merrell money card from the CEO of the company. When we ordered our shoes the customer care people that we talk to kept asking us where did we get it from .. it's none of their business where I got it from..I bought a pair of boots and we had to return them it took them forever to give me a refund until this day it's been 2 weeks and I still have not received it to order a new pair of boots for my husband..they kept giving me the run around . They people in customer care that I have talk to are so rude ..
