Terrible! I needed the item for a party abroad. They waited until I chase them up five days after I ordered to tell me they were on holiday, the wouldn't let me cancel the order without charging me. They then promised the item in time for my holiday; it didn't arrive until I got back and they sent a brown wig without layers when I ordered jet black and layered, then treks to tell me that 1B is brown/black. I have many pieces that are 1B and this is always jet black. Luckily my credit card company refunded me in full after I disputed the charge.
