Took over Astoria Federal Bank did the change over starting the weekend of August 13th and its been one nightmare after the next. Just waiting until my trust comes through and I will close the account and just be done with it with this retarded company with assclowns who all work for the CS Dept. Its like they got every *** in the country working for them and I thought that couldn't be possible but Sterling has made this one thing possible just for the pure simple fact that everything else is such a quagmire in it self. There is not one thing that has gone right with this bank. I have been looked out of my account too many times to count at this point and it much easier just to get my balance at an ATM at this point. If you want financial horror and madness with your money and accounts look no further than this institution. They make Bank of Merika look like a well oiled machine and that is a feet that is not all to easy to accomplish.
