On or about 2/2/2021, I had an issue with my heart and was confused whether I should call 911 because I couldn’t get my heath care provider on the phone to advise me. I remembered I had better use my Life Alert and I did. Thank God! The operator that assisted me helped me through that episode by calling EMS Services and stayed on the phone with me until they came and did not hang up until they actually spoke to the ambulance attendants. Spoke to them and I was ok. Even though my adult daughter was here, they took charge! - A.M.
