Even after laps of 20 Days Rakhi has not been delivered at USA

I had ordered vide No. 483**** for Rakhi on 25/07/2021, amount was paid fully and till to day Rakhi has not been delivered. Very hopeless service and feeling being cheated. Even to day they are still advertising for Rakhi sending abroad, that is hight of their misleading innocent cusromer. User's recommendation: Not to book any order through IGP.
