I could not make my test appointment. I tried to reschedule online and saw that the fee is $60. So I decided to call them ... and the ignorant person that works for them on the phones just kept telling me that it is in the policy and she even told me that if I had to register again and pay again. I also paid for an online test prep that I NEVER RECIEVED. The fact that they are charging so much for the test is the first unethical scam and then to charge money for reschedule is a second unethical scam. ETS is only trying to steal peoples money. If I pay for a test and can't make it then I should NOT have to pay to reschedule. That is completely immoral and unethical for charging someone any fee for rescheduling. This company is run by thieves and I won't use them ever again. SCAMMERS GET PAYBACK ...
