Error in cash deposit machine

I deposit 10000 dhs to my account through deposit machine at dragon mart 1 dubai but there was technical problem in machine which hang my deposit and didn't show me any reciept..after 2days waiting and complains they only redeposit 9000 saying that there were many deposits done but due to error in machine we couldn't find exact money which was deposited by customers during that time..that's not my problem, whatever technique they use to find out the amount deposited by other customers and me are exactly what amount.. there excuse is that i didn't count my money in front of machine before depositing..that doesn't make sense I'm 100% sure i deposit 10000.. This complain already took 3 days but still n9 positive response from the bank. The coustomer service is really bad and slow processing.
