Engine Issues

I purchased my 2015 Kia Optima used with 40k miles on the car. 2.5 yrs ago. I currently have 122k miles on it and a seized engine. HOW!?! Regular oil changes, regular tune ups and maintenance. NO way in *** should I be having engine issues at this point. User's recommendation: Honestly LOVE my car. But this issue is too big to ignore.
