Employee discount

1

The process of calculating employee discounts seems to be unfair in certain cases. When a Buy One, Get One Half-Off offer is active, the following situation exists: - If the employee buys only one item, there is not discount - If the employee buys two items, the 50% discount on the second item is calculated This practice does not equal the value of the employee discount if the employee had purchased two of these items when not on sale. If believe that this is not fair to those who work for cvs, if they've been told that they will receive discounts on items that they purchase at the retail stores. The employees should receive at the minimum the discount they would receive if the items were purchased separately. I am providing the address of my local pharmacy, but I believe this practice occurs at all CVS pharmacies Thank you for your attention.
