I bought an electronic code to a textbook I already owned. I called Chegg repeatedly to ask for help, but they gave me the runaround and wanted me to talk to Pearson. They refused to help me. I paid almost $45. They refused to refund my money. I have spoken to two supervisors who said I didn't ask for a refund sooner, but I did repeatedly ask them for help in solving the problem. They are dishonest!!!
