Electric loveseat recliner

We purchased an love seat recliner in 2018, the manufactory warranty has expired and the extended warranty denied our claim. The springs on the right hand side of the recliner love seat have popped/broken and the cushion leans to the right. Now we have a piece of furniture that is not usable, I would have thought it would have lasted longer than 2 1/2 years. Customer service at rooms to go offer to sell me one of the two springs available and I would have to find a repair place and hope they had the other spring. Really, I do not this is backing your product
