I signed up for a free trial to book a trip and forgot to cancel before my trial ended - my fault. So I am trying to make use of the benefits for the rest of the year. However, as I am looking into booking tickets again I am finding that the benefits and discounts offered for my $60 do not exist. I can easily find the same fares elsewhere without paying a subscription. This appears to be a clear case of misrepresentation. What am I missing? I would rather that the membership I paid for offered some benefit, but if it turns out that I paid $60 based on misrepresentations of what you can offer I will search out every avenue of recourse
