Took me forever to find a phone number for these people, finally did and called them. I was surprised at how they handled it. Despite their BBB page and the reviews others have left for these people they actually helped me without hesitation. I have no complaints. I got my hotel stay fixed and I got a refund. User's recommendation: Just don’t use Booking.com if you don’t have to.
