E-mail conflict

I think I may have had a q.com E-mail address @ some point years ago. I think it may have been deleted by CenturyLink for non usage. Using another MSN E-mail acct, senders are r'cvng bounce back notices stating: "it bounced and told me that it was going to a weird e-mail address and that e-mail did not exists, and it was not delivered". I do r'cve those E-mails but it's still very annoying for people who send me E-mail messages & think I am not r'cvng them. How do I get this q.com address out of the system? stop interfering? w/my other E-mail?
