I've been purchasing gambler menthol tobacco for many years. Recently I've noticed quality greatly going downhill. My last bag was totally unrollable! I thought maybe it was the store I purchased it from, so I went somewhere else and bought more... nope! Same quality. What can I do? They will not refund my money because bag was opened. Im very unsatisfied and would like revolution please.
