Hi, I had a fedex driver almost hit my car at 8181 Fannin st. I had parked at the mail Location we have to pick up mail. He came with in 1 inch of hitting my car on purpose. He got out of his truck and came around on the passenger side door, and I said to him He almost hit my car! He said angered voice I don't give a [censored]!
