Today I got a sudden message from my bank application that I had R399 ($27.22)deducted for a subscription that I'm not even aware of. I still have two active subscriptions that I already paid for and won't expire for months to come. So why this sudden charge. I want a refund for this and I'm finding this suspicious for this just automatically deducted from my debit without any confirmation I did not expect this to happen after using your product for over 2 years now.
