I found out Dr Kevin Fuciarelli was arrested after a DUI incident in Scottsdale, AZ. The complaint says he was charged with criminal property damage. He tried to sue the city of Scottsdale for millions. Crazy! I went for an appointment and was not happy at all with his manners or his bad diagnosis. do a google search and you will see what I see.
