Double Billing and General Incompetence

Had windshield replaced on vehicle in February 2021, original NTTA sticker was damaged, called to request new one. Never received sticker, went to NTTA center found they cancelled the original tag and marked account as inactive. Paid the tolls and received new tag and installed, 3 months later received bill in the mail for tolls, called customer service and spent an hour on the phone telling them they were double billing me, once on the Toll Tag account and they created a separate Zip CASH account and are billing me on that as well.
