Every time I order a chilada to eat in store the cheese is never melted! So I ordered it to go, but ate it in store. The cheese was not melted at all! I asked the person who took my order, Claudia if they could put it in the microwave to melt the cheese? She said they do not have a microwave. If that is true, why is the cheese melted when I take one home to eat it. She made no apology and acted like she didn't care.
