order from this company on 1210. account debited 1211 with bogus email label generated for shipping. ups never received product for shipping. emailed and call spoke to someone ms valerie, who claimed she was a manager. I advised her that I wanted order cancelled and my account credited asap. She said couldnt be done that there was a process for returns. How could I return something that I hadnt received? She also claimed that her supv was named christine. Should not have been billed until product shipped.,,,, 7-10 days for refunds,only took 1 hour for them to debit my account.
