I have documented proof of how they had been receiving my payments but not applying them!! The statement would come in asking for more each time! I put tracking numbers on the checks & would go to the bank to see if each check was cashed. The checks might cash or they'd skip 1 or 2 & then cash either 1 or 2. I called them & was told they hadn't received it, I'd tell them how it was tracked to them, they'd then say how they returned it. If it wasn't received how did they return it! The end result was my house was taken due to fraud & corruption!! I made numerous calls to the Mass. Attorney Generals Office who are even more useless & incompetent than Citimortgage!! I'm filing a complaint with NAAG which monitors the attorney generals offices, I'm also going to make it known all of the high profile people that supposedly help in cases such as mine. I have already gone to the eviction hearing & stated every person,agency or office that did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!Bottomline is DON'T DEAL WITH THEM,THEY'LL RIP YOU OFF & NO ONE CARES!!!
