Don’t do it! Lies and more Lies!
When the resort called, they went over the deal. 5 day 4 night in Cancun, all inclusive for 2 people for an additional $275 over what I orginally paid. I asked if I could have 2 other people. They said absolutely for an additional $217 per person, not all-inclusive. I said great because that is the only reason I would do it is if all 4 of us could go. So when I called on November 16th to schedule the trip, I said I had the extra people. She said no, it is only for 2 people. I said that I understood the all-inclusive was just for 2 people, but that I was told I could add 2 other people on for $217 per person. She said no, I said you need to check because that is the only reason I am doing this. She then sent me to someone else, who said the same thing. I can only take 2 people. I said no, that is not what I was originally told when I took out the package. She said my contract that was mailed to me said 2 people. I said but that is not what they said on the phone. She said no. I said then I want my original money back because I am not going to do this. She said sorry, but according to the contract I only have 30 days to change my mind. I got mad and cursed and hung up. I did not change my mind. They changed what they said. They did not tell the truth on the phone. Now I am out my original payment which I don't even remember now what it was but I believe it was around $150. I want that back. They flat out lied to me about what I could and could not do. I have not used the service, so I want my money back. I have reported them to the BBB.
