Poor service
23. Dec. 2017 13: 06 boarding at Januvarti stop I had to look for a free tambour in order to get on the train. Is this probably a way to earn bonuses for employees? This is neither the first nor the last time this has happened. How could this situation be resolved? My option is to buy a train ticket and pay for the stop before the destination if the service is of good quality.
