I would like to file a complaint about a company operating under the name ISTV Box. I bought their product at the MARICOPA COUNTY HOME &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; GARDEN SHOW at the Arizona State Fairgrounds in January 2019. They said if I ever had any issues to get in touch with them and they would be more than happy to help out. The product worked great until it said it needed an update. When the update was attempted to be downloaded, the product no longer works. I have been trying for a few months now to try and get in touch with them for product support. I have called them and emailed them and they simply ignore me. Not one single return of any communication of any type. I did let them know if I did not get some kind of acknowledgement, I was going to start the process to lodge formal complaints. Still silence. I have a friend who bought one of the same boxes at the same time and his has not been working for some time and he said they have also been unresponsive to him. All I want is for the company to give support for their product. Not take your money and then vanish. My purchased the product on January 12, 2019 for $316.79. I purchased ISTV Box NextGen 2.0 + Platinum Package & Live Support Free for 1 Year. My Order number is #5277. I have called them twice and left voicemails once on December 12, 2019 when my product 1st started not working. Then again on January 24, 2020. I have emailed them and I tried to contact them through their website on December 12, 2019 and January 24, 2020 and then just email on February 7, 2020 and February 21, 2020.
