I bought two pairs of pants from Avenue and used paypal. I wasn't happy with the colors once I saw them and customer service told me to return them to the store. I returned them to the store and they said they couldn't take it because it was paypal. I called customer service and they said I would have to pay to have them shipped back to Avenue. They don't provide this information when you do buy online. They aren't customer service oriented at all. They do whatever they can to get more money from you and they are dishonest.
