I made the mistake of order a trial offer but after my order was submitted at a s/h charge of $9.98 they jacked up that amount to nearly $14 on my order confirmation. When I called to cancel 11 hours later I was told they would cancel future orders but my trial order had already been processed and I would be charged the s/h fee which is non-refundable and the order could not be returned. When I stated that increasing costs without advising the customer was unethical, the agent hung up on me (she was extremely rude thru the entire call)!
