It is no wonder that GIGABYTE does not have a complaint department. I have had the displeasure of contacting your Tech Support on two different occasions and both time the Tech Support (and I use these words lightly) were rude and didn't seem to want to help, they just want to get me off the phone. They would say things that they did not know what they were talking about. the first one said you have to reinstall windows since you are using an illegal copy of windows?? I bought windows 10 pro over 1 year ago and I had already done a reinstall of the windows 10 2 times and then he said it was a Microsoft problem and to call them. Which I did and of course they sent me back to gigabyte. That's why I call a 2nd time. The 2nd time I was told to remove the mother board from the case and try to run it on a cardboard box, why? I don't know but I did it and of course it did nothing??? I felt like both clerks (a better name) just wanted to get me off the phone and would tell me anything just to do that. Why does gigabyte outsource to some inconsiderate clowns who don't want to help or have any clue what they are doing????? .
