Booked 3 nights for 621.92 - when we checked out, the hotel provided a receipt with a total of 471.18. So someone got 150.00 for nothing. Not sure who that someone was but I'll give you one guess. The best they (Reservation Counter) could tell me was that the Hotel should not have provided me with a receipt. All I know is that I'll never use them again. We all may be better off calling the hotel directly.
