I sent them my iPhone and it was almost brand new. I received an iPhone 6 as a present and decided to sell my old one. So I packaged it very carefully, contacted Sell-your-cell company and shipped it. Several days passed and they received the phone and sent me a message stating I'll be getting $20. What? I'm not that stupid to sell an Apple device for 20 bucks!! I emailed them and demanded my phone back and they said that I have to call them. I called like a million times every single day but no one ever picked up! These thieves still have my phone and I have no idea how to get it back! Help!
