Don’t use a credit card at sleep inn Upper Marlboro MD

I’m staying at the sleep inn upper Marlboro MD for business and these people over here don’t give a dam about you or your well being. I paid for 7days up front $519 up front on December 5 2018 and had to extend my stay on December 12 to the December 19 2018. I had to pay another $519 up front. Didn’t mind doing that for the extended stay, I didn’t realize that on December 12 when I was extending my stay they were running my card for $519 6 more times freezing my credit card. Tired to speak with the front desk attendant and they kept directing me to the general manager latonya McLeod who will not return my phone calls which I have made for 5 straight days. Now to December 15 2018. I look at my credit card summary to see if anything has changed or been resolved and I have charges again from the front desk of the sleep inn on the 13th 14th and 15th. I called credit card company to cancel my card immediately and the credit card company is telling me I still have to dispute charges because no charges have been reversed by sleep inn! Terrible Terrible service here in Upper Marlboro and *** with my money right before the holidays!
