Barnes and Noble is a terrible experience online. Paid $18.50 for expedited shipping. Item never showed! Call and call left on hold for 30,45 mins with no human ever answering the phone. Their chat app doesnt work. Nightmare a month later out my money and still no product. I would give zero stars if it was an option. Order from Amazon! User's recommendation: Don’t do it.
