They say the trial period is 14 days, which is short to begin with, but the trial starts the day you order, and it takes several days to ship (in my case four days) On top of that, you have to call prior to the end of the trial period (so now the trial period is really only nine days) If you call on the last day of the trial period it is too late. I was convinced not to cancel by being promised a 60% discount, but then was only given the 60% discount on one of the two items. When I called to complain they said I should have been charged full price for both products because I called on the date of the end of the trial. Now that they had my money, they were no longer interested in negotiating with me. They refused to honor the discount I was promised and cancelled my order.
