Issue One: I purchased a small electric clothes dryer that was faulty. When it was delivered we plugged it in to check it out. The result was a noise coming from the drum and a burning smell. I refused delivery. It was obviously faulty and had been returned by a previous customer. Why does Sears see fit to re-sell a faulty appliance? Issue Two: The people who delivered the appliance would not listen to our instructions and they blocked the driveway and left the truck in the driveway for at least 20 minutes (we live in a 51-unit complex and the other residents were unable to enter the complex parking area). The delivery people were inept and dismissive and were not able to perform a simple delivery. This was waste of time and I will never recommend Sears Outlet Store to anyone.
