Repair is too slow. 3 months since reported and until today 2/8/2021 not repaired!

My house had water damages last December 2020 and until today, February 8, 2021, the job has not been done. Wrong estimates keeps going back and fort to my good insurance company (USAA) ready to pay but 911 Restoration is too slow responding to my insurance for payment. The absolute WORST! Outrageous price and a con! Beware they do NOT FOLLOW ESTIMATE!

Had my basement flood. This happened once before and the basement was totally empty except for a door I was quoted ( by Vice President) of 3-4 thousand.
