Don’t answer the phone, rude, inability to reach a guest

Update by user Feb 28, 2021 The issue has NOT been resolved Original review posted by user Feb 28, 2021 Called for the entire day and rarely able to connect with an associate. I had made the reservation and my son was to be the guest. I was told I couldnt connect to his room or know that he had arrived Even tho the reservation was made by me. User's recommendation: Don’t go to this location very poor service and rude and confrontational.
