I bought in Italy an espresso machine, claimed, that it does not work as it should be. I got a response from DeLonghi about 8 weeks ago and they told me, that they come back to this matter soon. I contacted them in the meantime several times, no response at all. Lousy customer service! Be careful when you buy this brand mark
