terrific service

Terrible service, Customer is not respected at all. The guy called in the morning, we agreed on a specific time when the shipment would be delivered to me. After an hour when I was not home (because the agreed time was after three hours), another courier called that he was present. When I announced that I was not at home and that a certain time had been arranged, he informed me that he was not going to take anything to me at that time and that, then, I was waiting for Monday, To what I replied that I needed today and it was agreed that will bring today only at another time, but he was not completely interested. The courier himself was unkind and basically spoiled my mood for the whole day. How can such unkind people work with customers?! And what is it all about service? Agreed for a while, but leads when you want and still I, as a customer,I stay guilty of it because I haven't been home when I shouldn't have been home at all. I called the other courier, with whom we agreed in time. He said he would bring it to me at the agreed time. The agreed time came, but there was no news from the courier. I called him himself, he said that my shipment remained with that other courier and that he would be able to pick it up only on Monday. So I was made to wait, gave vain hopes and then didn't even call and warn me that there wouldn't be. Basically, the day is ruined, nowhere else have I encountered such poor service and mockery of the customer. I will try to avoid your services in the future.
