I placed an order online 6 days ago. I just received their catalog in the mail today and noticed that the items I ordered were on sale, which would have saved me over $30.00.The RUDE customer service and supposed "manager" named Joanna said they don't honor sale prices, and refused to cancel my &;;;said they don't do that.
