I bought a Bissell Shark Sweeper! It is without a doubt the very worst sweeper I have ever owned! I did all of the trouble shouting suggestions in the owners manual twice! Did nothing to improve. I asked Bissell for help and was given over to another company and charged for the very same advice supplied in the owners manual. I never wish to purchase another Bissell product! User's recommendation: Be careful and do not purchase any Bissell product!
