The home warranty company that we received as part of our home purchased deal was Fidelity. I highly recommend that you research all reviews before you consider this company. Moved in a month ago. Everything works fine. Now? Plumbing issue with toilets and garbage disposal leaks. Paid the 65 dollar service fee for a very young plumber to come out only to be turned down by Fidelity--said it was pre-existing. Why have a $500.00 warranty if they will not cover something as simple as a garbage disposal? I wrote a letter and shared my disgust with the policy and about the very rude dispatcher. No response from the company! A week later after we received a text saying it was approved--still no response! We called again. Now a gentleman tells us that email was an auto-email and a mistake. They need additional info, inspection reports, and it will go through a review process but they never planned on responding to my correspondence. I am disgusted! Save your money! Sellers already paid 500.00 and now we paid 65 and had to go buy our own garbage disposal. A decent garbage disposal is 100. at Home Depot!!
