I ordered flowers for a friend that had surgery. I received money to send flowers from a group of us and ordered their Premium plus extra flowers. Unfortunately for them, my friend sent a picture of the bouquet thanking us for the flowers. It had 3 roses and 3 lilies which is less than their medium Deluxe bouquet which is pictured on their website. I called and they were apologetic but offered $10 back for the difficulty. I was completely ripped off, bait and switch. I haven't EVER had this issue with a florist. Horrible customer service, just unbelievable. User's recommendation: Don't ever use this florist.
