DO NOT use Preferred AC & Appliance

My home warranty company referred me to this vendor to fix a stove in an investment property. I have never experienced this level of incompetence or terrible customer service. They had a technician come take a look at a stove in need of repair and it is now over a week since this whole debacle started and the stove is actually in worse shape since they have been over twice to "fix" it. After numerous no shows, unreturned phone calls and an utter disrespect for me and my time I am so done with these people and the way they do business. The resolution is that I have to buy a new stove, plus they kept over $100 in parts that I purchased.
