Worst appliance company in Austin

My home warranty company selected this company to repair my dishwasher and stove. They came out and took my co pay, and that is the last I have heard from them. My home warranty company referred me to this vendor to fix a stove in an investment property. I have never experienced this level of incompetence or terrible customer service.
