If I could give Innovel Negative Stars I would. I Received a replacement refridgerator from Sears under my warranty; however the product is delivered by Innovel Solutions. The driver refused to haul my fridge away; did not deliver my new fridge; manager called and was absolutely rude to my husband; additionally rude to me. Manager of the company cancelled my "new delivery date" without even consulting me and ironically I now have to wait over a week to get the next available delivery. On top of that I have to pay a second party to remove and haul my old refridgerator away; I'm literally at my breaking point. I have never experienced such horrible customer service and rude behaviors that no one seems to held accountable for. I will never ever buy any product from Sears again due to the delivery practices shown by Innovel.
