I ordered a Samsung QLED 65" TV on January 9th 2020 and AAFES informed me that it was out for delivery on the 14th of January 2020. It is now the 17th of January and AAFES doesn't know where the TV is. AAFES informed me that Innovel is tasked with delivering the TV. I contacted Innovel and they are unable to ship the TV as I am outside of their shipping area. I am now told that the TV is now with XPO logistics and that it may take over 720 hours to complete the delivery. But XPO logistics does not have the TV. I live an 1 hour and a half from where the TV was originally. I requested to pick up the TV myself and was denied.
