We went for the first time and did enjoy ourselves. Food quality was great while night life on the dead side for our taste. The issue for us is what happened next. We were there to get a feel and book a group trip next year (2020) for about 8-10 couples. We signed up for our room and specifically asked how to include other as part of a group. They said call the group number and get a number assigned. Give them our booking number to be included. We did but quickly learned we would not be part of the group since we signed up as a returning guest. In fact we would have to pay for the group events if we participate while the other couples are automatically included as part of their booking. It is not hard to see the agent at the resort in which we signed up with got their commission and the group booking agent got theirs even though we got screwed. It is obvious sandals employees puts their personal gains above those of the customers. Buyer beware.
