DO NOT ENTER THE STORE

My friend and I were unfortunately lured into the South Molton Street store (mainly because it was raining) and realised almost instantly that it was a scam. This was due to the over zealous selling technique , the vast reduction in price is as time progressed, and the very suspicious very dark particles which were removed from the back of your hand with the exfoliating products. Oh not to mention the offensive insulting and grossly inaccurate comment “as this is obviously too expensive for you so I will reduce the price“. This male claimed to be the owner. We left. We did not purchase nor would we ever have purchased and feel very very sorry for those ladies and gentlemen who were conned into making purchases. What concerns us more is the fact that in order to persuade us to make a purchase we were shown a significant number of individuals credit card receipts who allegedly had made purchases that day ranging from £500 to £2500. The credit card receipts not only show the amount spent but the individual’s name and their full credit card number. If you have made a purchase recently I would urge you to contact the information Commissioners office and report them under the GDPR for breach of your privacy regulations and making your credit card details available to anyone who enters the store. The ladies who are not sisters I am very surprised that they are still allowed to trade
